Perched on a cliff in Uluwatu just a stone's throw away from Dreamland Beach and a 15-minute drive from Jimbaran Beach which is lined with fresh seafood dining options, Klapa Resort offers a Mediterranean inspired accommodation with a free WiFi access throughout. Very nice

We loved the view and the room and the rooftop pool. They can do better with a higher level of food.

The breakfast, but you don’t need it since there are so many nice places.

Nice hotel near an amazing beach, but needs upgrading and a little isolated

The room was really nice and spacious with a comfortable bed which made it pleasant to spend time in the room. The staff were lovely and friendly and accommodated our requests. Nice view from the rooftop pool.

There are not many shops around so we had to travel quite far to eat, or have food delivered to the hotel. There was a drainage issue in the shower where water would leak into the bathroom every time we had a shower. The pool was heavily chlorinated and a bit dirty. There were no umbrellas when sitting on pool chairs which meant you were constantly in direct sun if sitting near the pool. There was construction work going on around the pool area

Comfortable but overpriced for what you get

Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff

Pool bar/restaurant was being constructed which was not mentioned when booking, the development as a whole was quite run down and generally just felt a bit less than I expected for how expensive it was

Very Good

Great location to be able to just walk down onto dreamland beach, and super easy to get a grab bike anywhere else. Room big and comfortable.

Room was a little worn in places, and there doing some renovations so there was building work noise during the day.

I’m not sure why people are giving this place bad reviews, I struggled to fault our stay. I will definitely be returning

The staff were amazing, the room was spacious, and I like the location of the hotel as it’s away from the busy area of Uluwatu. Sooo close to dreamland beach and the view from the rooftop for sunset was amazing!!!

pleasant stay but in no rush to come back.

it was close the beach. also Klapa beach club.

It was tired looking and in need of some renovation. The floor in our room had seen better days. The staff were not the best, leaving one towel instead of 2 after cleaning and finally got the requested towel the following morning. It is was it is. Not really bad but not great either. 1 or 2 nights is enough here really, because it’s so out of the way.

Nice Dreamland Beach Views & Access

Quiet location, walking distance to Dreamland Beach. Wonderful sunset & ocean views from pool. Good size pool for swimming. Very comfortable beds, clean, large rooms & bathrooms. Nice staff.

Its very run down and needs a lot of maintenance but I still enjoyed staying here and it was relaxing and safe as a solo traveler.

Below expectations.

Location of the resort was good, rooms are big than most properties for the price.

The staff is not well prepared for guests. Both days the morning buffet was out of food and we had to wait every time. Cornflakes were not filled, milk was not there, fruits were not there. It's like they don't care. For dinner, first day I ordered Fish n Chips and they were excellent. Next day it was soggy and they just couldn't get it right. I asked for Pizza, same excuse. They are out of Pizzas . Just can't believe. In room, I had a suite. And their suit doesn't come with basic cutlery. No plates, no beer bottle opener. I don't think they are up with the standards of what other hotels in Bali specially Uluwatu are are upto. Won't suggest this hotel.

location, view, spacious room, friendly staff, but room quite broke down, and ghostly empty, food is so-so, obviously not up to European standards, maybe it was when brand new.

dirty corners, worn out floor, dirt stained bedsheets, very moldy curtains, broke down hotelroom, slippery floor, huge hotel but 60% of rooms are closed. needs an uplift.

Overall the hotel doesn’t meet expectations set by the photos. Gym is very minimal, the golf is extremely expensive, the rooftop pool & terrace is nice & the staff were friendly. It’s very out of the way though.

Comfortable stay but some things can be fixed

The service in general was very good. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The view from the rooftop is really nice and the restaurant is alright. The room is very spacious, bed was very big and comfortable and the room looked clean.

The hotel is a bit outdated and you can tell there are some things that can be fixed, like one of the elevator not working, the stairs from the swimming pool is broken, facilities from the room that didn’t work, etc. the rest looked fine for us.

Hotel is isolated from everything. Hard to get bike rents + minimum 2 days rent, not informed by hotel at the moment of the rental. Hard to get grab+taxi services. Towels unavailable + hard to get when asked. Laudry service takes beyond scheduled and expensive. Restaurant often didn't have itens showed available on menu. Meat and fish often came raw. Most of staff don't speak English. One of Rooftop's pools are totally dirty/deactivated. Some areas of hotel seems deactivated/abandoned. Rooftop's restaurant structure seems weak and looks like whole thing is going to fly away while you are dining. (so be ready to run). Plates were dirty. Room is mouldy with a strong smell. Balcony has access other rooms so always needed to be locked.
