It was neat and clean. Staff was helpful.
They did not have switches in which our chargers could be inserted which created a lot of issues for us while getting our appliances charged,

Friendly staff, great views and spacious rooms
The location is good and the view from the roof top restaurant and pool is Lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.
The hotel is a little tired. It is clean but could do with updating. The pool area is quite basic the sun loungers could be more comfortable and there is very little shade for people who don’t like to sit in the sun.

I’m not sure why people are giving this place bad reviews, I struggled to fault our stay. I will definitely be returning
The staff were amazing, the room was spacious, and I like the location of the hotel as it’s away from the busy area of Uluwatu. Sooo close to dreamland beach and the view from the rooftop for sunset was amazing!!!
I can’t fault my stay :)

What was the highlight of Klapa Resort
Very Good
Breakfast and room service was delicious. Facilities were nice as pictured. The Elevator areas need some love as well as the outdoor space. When we arrived we thought it was a scam. The grounds are not well kept, we were thinking of booking somewhere else. But when we went inside it was nice. The room was huge, bathroom was nice and the shower heads weren’t moulded. The location is within an old high class area, but majority of the buildings have since shut down and are abandoned. There’s shopping nearby but definitely need a car or scooter because the hotel from the entrance gates is an hour walk up and down hill. Again the rooms were nice but could do with some love. Overall I’d rate our stay 8/10. If the grounds (parking, drop off areas and exterior of the property) were looked after it would be a 10
